What goes where?

The Haliburton County Waste Wizard is a quick and easy way to search for specific items you want to know where and how to dispose of. There is information on all of the waste diversion programs in the Township.

• Look up site hours in the "Waste Facilities" tab
• Click on "Need Help?" to get answers to some frequently asked questions (including how do I get a replacement landfill ID card?)
• The Calendar shows all waste events in the County, including Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events.
• Search for any item, if it isn't listed you can ask to have that information added
• Sign up to receive notifications of upcoming events and any changes in hours or operations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (in the Calendar tab, click "get a reminder")

The waste wizard is available as a mobile app, links to download for android and apple are at the bottom of this page. The mobile app is highly recommended!
