The EV charging station at the Township of Algonquin Highlands Office located at 1123 North Shore Road is temporarily out of service.

Please check the Ivy network charge hub for the nearest alternative location and the current charging station status.

Family Day hours at Algonquin Highlands Waste Disposal Sites

Hours for waste disposal sites on Monday, February 17th, 2025 - Family Day

  • Maple Lake - Open Noon to 3 p.m. note: only household waste and recycling will be accepted.
  • Pine Springs - CLOSED
  • Dorset Transfer Station - Open Noon to 3 p.m. note: only household waste and recycling will be accepted
  • Oxtongue Lake - CLOSED

Please watch for changing operations and conditions due to the heavy snowfall over the past few days.
