Interruption to Canada Post Service

Please note that due to the ongoing Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strike, the Township of Algonquin Highlands is not receiving mail delivery at this time. Residents are welcome to drop payments off in the secure drop box at the front entrance of the Township of Algonquin Highlands Administrative Office at 1123 North Shore Road.

Alternatively, the Township website has several convenient online resources:

For Property Owners:

E-Commerce Portal – featuring online payment options for taxes, dog tags and other miscellaneous fees
E-Send Services – to sign up to have your tax bill delivered directly to you via a secure email option

For Vendors/Contractors:

EFT Option – suppliers and contractors can complete the online Electronic Funds Transfer Application Form (EFT) to ensure the continued timely payment for goods and services to the Township

For Planning and Building Application Fees or Requests:

The Township will provide an online invoice related to specific planning applications which will facilitate electronic payments directly back to the Township. Please contact Laura Finney, Planning/Building Administrative Assistant at 705-489-2379, Ext. 349 or lfinney@algonquinhighlands.ca

If you have questions or concerns, staff are available to assist between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
