Postal strike affecting mail-out notices for planning applications

Please note the ongoing Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) strike may cause delays in mail-out notices for Planning Act applications.

Notices for planning applications in the Township of Algonquin Highlands are available online through the Township’s website on the Planning page and the News and Notices page. Residents can also subscribe to receive planning application notices directly to their email inbox. 

This includes applications for:

• Zoning By-Law Amendments
• Minor Variances
• Shore Road Allowance Closures
• Road Allowance Closures
• Official Plan Amendments
